Troubleshooting Guide

If your cable television is not working properly check the following

1. All cables and wires are connected properly and are not loose
2. TV is set to the CATV setting
3. All channels have been programmed into your television
4. All peripheral equipment is turned off (dvd player, vcr, etc)
